Weber’s Ice Cream’s Pledge!

That’s right, only real stuff, we avoid artificial.

Weber’s does NOT make a mass-produced ice cream;

Weber’s does NOT make the easiest ice cream;

Weber’s does NOT make the cheapest ice cream;

Weber’s does NOT make artificially flavored ice cream;

Weber’s does NOT make unusually hybridized ice cream;

Weber’s DOES make the BEST ice cream possible from ingredients available before 1931.

That’s right, only real stuff, we avoid artificial.  Weber’s makes “modern” ice creams as well as the old-fashioned ones, but does so using time-tested methods (nothing out of a test-tube) to make regional favorites, which sends “purists” over the edge.  Our Butter Pecan was once available at Lawson’s (we STILL use the penuche recipe the Weber Family shared with J.J. Lawson).  Our Vanilla IS exactly the same as the product served at Euclid Beach Park.  Weber’s Frosted Malt IS STILL the product that took the nation by storm back in the 1930’s.

We Pledge to continue to make our Vintage Ice Creams (1909-1926) and Modern Ice Creams to the same exacting standards our founder established without cheapening our product. As one customer once said, “You can get junk on any street corner, there’s only ONE Weber’s!
