How did Milwaukee become the custard capital? New book delves into the rich & creamy history

This link takes you to a video concerning the new book (released today) about Frozen Custard in Milwaukee written by a couple that are fans. There are many problems with the history, but if you look it up on Amazon’s preview, you’ll see a picture of a Kohr’s outlet at Cedar Point! Of course, WE know why Cedar Point had to ask a purveyor from NJ to install a stand at their facility in Ohio. Euclid Beach was stealing all the attention with their “Fresh Ice Cream” stand (operated by Soeder’s Dairy), at the park following the “discovery” (on the shores of NJ, not, Coney Island) of just how much more delicious “fresh ice cream” was over hard frozen ice cream.
